Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of www.the-core-group.com, the member portal at my.the-core-group.com, our trading room, education, signals and software (together, the "Services"), provided by The Core Group ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. Education only, not financial advice

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, future or other instrument. The Core Group and its affiliates are not registered as brokers, dealers, or investment advisers with the SEC, the CFTC or the NFA. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and results.

2. Risk disclosure

Futures trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for every investor. The use of leverage can work against you as well as for you, and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Automated tools, including the auto entry bot and signal link, can fail, lag or behave unexpectedly; you are responsible for monitoring your account and positions at all times.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep your login details confidential. Your membership is for you alone; you may not share your account or access with anyone else.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Free trial. New members get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your membership begins and the first billing period is charged at the end of the trial.

Billing. Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. Introductory prices apply for the stated period, after which the regular price applies. You can cancel at any time through the member portal or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you before a change affects you.

No refunds. Because the free trial lets you evaluate the Services in full before you pay, all payments are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@the-core-group.com.

5. Licensed software

Indicators, strategies, bots and other software we provide are licensed, not sold. While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own trading. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer or circumvent the licensing of any software, and the license ends when your membership ends.

6. Content and conduct

All content in the Services, including trading room sessions, recordings, courses, signals and materials, belongs to The Core Group and is for your personal use only. You may not record, rebroadcast, publish or share it without our written permission. In the trading room and community you agree to be respectful, not to harass others, and not to promote other services. We may remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Third-party services

The Services work alongside third-party platforms such as brokers, NinjaTrader, TradingView, Discord, Zoom, YouTube, Stripe and PayPal. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, data or performance.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Live sessions, signals and automation may be delayed, changed or cancelled.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Core Group and its affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Core Group and its affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your trading, or your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the software, or fail to pay. You may stop using the Services and cancel your membership at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Services or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
